Bulk cartons start at 5kg per line. Carcass shares start at a quarter beast. Restaurant supply is arranged per account — contact us with your volumes.
Do you supply restaurants and cafés?
Yes — standing weekly orders, custom cuts and cut sheets, and delivery scheduled around your service.
How does carcass / bulk pricing work?
Carcass shares are priced per kg of hanging weight, cut to your sheet — typically 20–35% below buying the same cuts individually. Cartons are priced per kg at a bulk rate.
Delivery for wholesale orders?
Cold-chain van across all of NSW, and snap-frozen by courier Australia-wide for larger orders. Be home with freezer space cleared for a carcass share.
Can I get a custom cut sheet?
Yes — you specify steak thickness, roast sizes, mince vs diced ratio, and whether you want offal, bones and sausages made from the trim. We have a sensible standard sheet too.
