What's in your sausages — any fillers or preservatives?
Meat, fat, seasoning and a natural casing. No cereal bulking beyond a little rusk in the traditional recipes, nothing pumped in to add weight, and no artificial preservative numbers. Ask for the specific recipe of any sausage.
Are your sausages gluten-free?
Several are — the gluten-free range uses no rusk or wheat filler. They're labelled clearly; check the product page or ask us.
Can I buy sausages in bulk for a BBQ or event?
Yes — 5kg and 10kg sausage cartons are on the bulk sausages page, and we can make custom flavours for larger events with notice.
What sausage flavours do you make?
Beef (thick, thin, chipolata), pork (plain, Italian, sage), chicken (herb, lemon and tarragon), lamb (rosemary, merguez), plus rotating gourmet flavours. Sausage meat without the casing is available too.
